Band Bio

   It all started many years ago in Berea.....   Vince, Dan and Al were in a band called Jam Sandwich (better know as Sh%t Sandwich....spinal tap ref.....) and played for many years with another guitar player named Kevin.  Well, many moons past and eventually the line up changed and they added Jeff to take Kevin's place.  At that point, they were initially called KROK, after much debate the named switched to Al'S GARAGE (that lasted about a month).  Finally, the name Eightball came about and all of us agreed , for once......(2 balls x 4).......It was either that or the SPICE BOYZ.....or the PASTRY BOYZ......and that's about it................

        Flash forward to 2005...  Al the drummer and Yoko (Kathy-photographer) decide that they want to move to Florida to start a new life closer to the in-laws.....yes we thought they were insane too....even though we tried to talk them out of it (leaving a high powered rock n roll band), it fell on deaf ears.... and off they went...."the only good thing about this is that we don't have to hear that dam snare drum anymore"... good luck in Florida you Bastards!!! we will miss you!! well Vince won't......

    Well this prompted the band start looking for new members, our goal is to be the best dam band in Dan's basement... and pretty good when we play out.... anyhow, we stumbled across Jason- a young kid out of Sagamore Hills- with a good attitude that can actually sing.... So we honored him by letting him in the band.... 

    Bam !!!! its November 2006 and who do we decide to call, but Alec.... yes , Alec was in the band a year earlier but had to leave because of personal reasons... he was always our top choice and the one drummer we always got along with.. granted, he has a fetish for heavy set women, but other than that, we got along fine...  we've come full circle and quite possibly auditioned every drummer in the Cleveland area...   Anyhow, if you have a heavy set sister you would like to pawn off, come visit Alec at one of our gigs........
